    my  bruthr   theo    is   1  in   a  haf.     my   name  is    macey.  i   like    my    famlea,    that   incloos  justus, tia,  and  mom  an  dad,    an   theo.    if  you   wot  to   knoe   my  bruthrs,  talk  too  thum . wut  a  pritee   day   for   footboll.  it  is   snowy   in   rochestr.  my  dad   always  hurees  me  on   the  cumpootr.

meet little miss Macey

For all the Macey fans out there.....my 6 year old is starting her own (unpredictable) blog!
  
She is one of the smartest, sweetest,  most empathetic and critical thinking kids I know (...and she has also been known to embody a pretty bad attitude a time or two) :)


...for those of you who don't know "little miss macey"...and for those of you who already know and love her, but want as much macey as you can laugh at....here's her first (probably of many) interviews:

mom: macey, how old are you?
macey: 6

mom: do you have any nicknames?
macey: yes. mace. may-may. ummm....that's it.

mom: what's your favorite food?
macey: tacos

mom: do you have a best friend?
macey: nariyah

mom: what do you want to be when you grow up?
macey: i want to be a baker....no, not those cake bakers....a cake baker.
mom: i thought you wanted to be an artist.
macey: oh yeah. well i want to be a lot of things when i grow up...an artist, a detective, a cake baker, a restaurant cooker...

mom: okay, so what do you need to do to become those things?
macey: practice.

mom: what is something that makes you really, really angry?
macey: when people roll their eyes at me. because they are showing me that they are very, very rude and want to hurt you.
mom: all that from an eye roll?!
macey: yeah.

mom: i heard you like to dance. what kind of music do you like to dance to.
macey: no! don't write that! nothing that says "dance!"

macey: ask me what kind of costume i was for halloween?.....wait, what was i for halloween?!
mom: you were...
macey: not a pumpkin.
mom: padme.
macey: i was leia, mom.

mom: how do you feel about school?
macey: bad.
mom: why?
macey: because my teacher one time crossed a star off...of my stamp paper.

macey: say, "what's my favorite movie to watch?"
mom: what's your favorite movie to watch?
macey: home alone in the winter.
mom: so what's your favorite summer movie?
macey. i don't have any...maybe the chimpanzees that we watched.

macey: is grandma watching us tonight? i thought someday you were going with tia to the restaurant.
mom: nope.
macey: i thought you were gonna be an example.
mom: an example for what?
macey: i don't know

mom: what is your favorite thing about daddy?
macey: daddy farts a lot and it makes me giggle. (lol)

mom: who's your favorite football team?
macey: the pittsburghs!
mom: and why do you like the pittsburgh steelers?
macey: because they won more superbowls than the giants, and i think the giants are rude!

macey: do we have to do more?
mom: not if you don't want to; it's your blog.

macey: mommy? can you ask me how many brothers i have?
mom: sure. how many brothers do you have?
macey: 2.
mom: that's it?
macey: yeah.
mom: do you like your brothers?
macey: no. (lol) because they always bug me (lol)
mom: so you never like your brothers?
macey: i like them sometimes!
mom: what do you like best about your brothers?
macey: umm...i like them cause i can give them "pennyback" rides.

mom: what do you want people who read this to know about you?
macey: i want them to know that I am the best girl in the whole wide world.
mom: and why are you the best?
macey: because i always win.
mom: is that true?
macey: (lol) yes
mom: tell the truth.
macey: (lol) yes its true.
mom: so what's gonna happen if you lose?
macey: (lol) then i'm gonna say (in the manliest voice she can make) "hey, people, in there. i couldn't win."
mom: are you gonna be able to deal with losing.
macey: yeah.

mom: do you have any words of wisdom? what's something you want to share with the world?
macey: if you ever see someone who feels sad and doesn't have a smile...smile back at them!
mom: love it!
